from FlexITechs Following are some Frequently Asked Questions about buying a computer from FlexITechs. What are FlexITechs' payment terms: FlexITechs charges for your computer's parts costs up front. You then pay the balance upon satisfactory delivery and installation of your computer. What types of payment do you accept? FlexITechs accepts checks, money orders, cash and American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa. How soon can we expect delivery of our new computer? It typically takes 7 to 10 business days depending on how quickly the parts for your computer arrive at our shop. Once the parts arrive, it usually takes 2 to 3 days to assemble the parts, install the software, and thoroughly test your new PC. What type of guarantees do you offer? FlexITechs offers the warranties from the parts manufacturers, which usually run from 1 year to 5 years. Details on our warranty and refund policies are available on our Policies page. What does the 1-year service contract cover? Our 1-year service contract is included with all PC purchases from FlexITechs. It covers initial installation of the latest application and operating system updates, driver updates for peripheral devices, and anti-virus and anti-spyware updates. After that, it covers any computer-related question involving that computer, even if it's just for advice on whether you should accept an update that keeps popping up on your screen, deciphering a cryptic message from your anti-virus software, or figuring out how to print labels.
