Sales

FlexITechs does NOT ship computer systems or parts. All parts or computer systems purchased from FlexITechs must be installed by FlexITechs. We only offer custom-built computers to customers in Sussex County, Delaware.

Warranties

FlexITechs offers limited warranties on its custom-built computer systems under the following conditions:

• Labor: 1 year warranty on labor from FlexITechs to replace existing hardware.
• Hardware: Varies from 1 year to 5 years by manufacturer. You will be provided a list of serial numbers and warranty terms from the manufacturers. FlexITechs will handle all warranty claims for you.
• The following conditions are not covered by your warranties:
  • Used parts you ask us to use from your old system in your new system
  • Damage caused by storms, power surges, power outages, fires.
  • Abuse – Over-clocking or physical abuse.
  • Viruses -- Worms, trojans, viruses or spyware
  • Unauthorized Service -- Problems caused by upgrades or work not performed or authorized by FlexITechs.
  • Software – FlexITechs does not offer warranties on software installed by us or by others.

Returns and Refunds

The installation services, service contracts and warranties you purchase with your FlexITechs computer should correct any problems should they arise. In the event problems can not be fixed, however, FleITechs offers returns and refunds on its custom-built computers and parts under the following conditions:

• Returns and refunds for defective parts must be claimed within 30 days of installation;
• Returns on non-defective parts are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus shipping costs;
• All items being returned must be completely returned -- with CDs, floppies, cables, manuals, etc.
• Refunds on labor and shipping costs are not refundable except for the 1-year service contract ($150).
• Refunds will not be made on items that are physically defaced or damaged, or damaged by unauthorized alterations to hardware or software.
